Payment

We accept most major debit and credit cards.

All payments are processed through a secure terminal.

We are a verified business merchant through PayPal and you can order online or pay over the phone.

No records of card details are kept by The Tile Link for security purposes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to repeat customers.

All prices on the website are quoted excluding VAT. We do include a price including VAT on all of the individual product pages to help minimize any potential confusion to non trade customers

Minimum Orders

We have a minimum order policy in place (this does not apply to sample requests). All orders need to be in excess of 5m2. This can be a combination of different types of stone, tile sizes and mosaics and will be subject to standard delivery charges.

Delivery

Economy Service
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receipt of payment via Economy shipping (2-3 working days). Generally, a standard flat UK rate per pallet of £50, unless otherwise stated at point of sale for more rural areas.

Priority Service
We aim to send your tile order out within 24 hours via Priority shipping (1-2 working days). This services is priced per post code and varies depending on the area you would the tile delivery to. All orders require a signature to confirm completion of delivery and report any damage to the tiles. The courier may decline any claims of breakages if the consignment has been signed for and no damage has been reported.

All orders paid by cheque will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment, usually within 10 working days.

Returns

Should you be unsatisfied with our products, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

All goods to be returned need to be in the same condition as they were delivered in order to receive a refund. All pallets need to be check and signed for whilst the courier is on site. Any damaged tiles or discrepancies in quantity needs to be reported when you sign for the tiles. Failure to do so may prevent the courier accepting claims made after the tiles have been signed for as delivered.

The Tile Link must be made aware of any shortages or damage within two working day of receipt of delivery. We cannot have the courier investigate any shortages outside of this time period, therefore it is imperative we are made aware of delivery related issues as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to decline refunds, returns or replacements on damaged tiles after 7 days of delivery as they could be down to fitting errors. The Tile Link always recommend using a professional fitter. We cannot accept any liability if tiles are damaged due to incorrect fitting (not back buttering the tiles, using incorrect levelling compounds, laying tiles onto improper substrates etc).

All credit and debit card transactions can only be refunded onto the same card used in the original transaction.

All images are used for illustration purposes of our goods and are not necessarily an exact representation of the tiles. Stone tiles are natural products and therefore there is always a slight variation in colour and texture.
